We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Coloring Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Hair Coloring Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair coloring services to our diverse clientele, ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied and confident. You will play a vital role in promoting our brand and contributing to our reputation for excellence in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full-color applications, tailored to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired outcomes, hair type, and maintenance preferences, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated with the latest hair coloring trends, techniques, and products to deliver high-quality services and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on hair coloring techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote new hair color products and services, participating in promotional events and campaigns as needed.
- Keep detailed records of client services, preferences, and product usage to inform future visits and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education to clients on aftercare, including recommended products and maintenance routines to prolong the life of their color.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hair Coloring Specialist or in a similar role within a salon or beauty environment.
- Valid cosmetology or hairdressing license in accordance with local regulations.
- Proven expertise in various hair coloring techniques and knowledge of color theory.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for color matching and application.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients efficiently.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
