We are currently seeking a Handyman Assistant to join our team in the telecommunications industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, assisting with various tasks related to maintenance, repairs, and installations within the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Handyman with daily tasks, including but not limited to: repairing and maintaining telecommunication equipment, installing new equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine inspections.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of telecommunications systems, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist with inventory management, tracking supplies and materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
