We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Engineer Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Health and Safety Engineer in ensuring the health and safety of all employees and customers within the retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Engineer to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Provide training to employees on proper safety protocols and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities and incidents
- Stay up-to-date on local health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within the retail setting
- Assist in conducting emergency drills and preparing emergency response plans
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential hazards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
