We are seeking a qualified Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all health and safety procedures and policies within our transportation and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide health and safety training to employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness
- Maintain all health and safety records and reports as required by law
- Stay up to date on new regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices are being followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- [Random] years of experience in a health and safety role within the transportation and logistics industry
- Professional certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
