Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Health and Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all health and wellness programs and initiatives within the educational setting. This role requires a strong background in health promotion, wellness management, and program development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and wellness programs for students, faculty, and staff
- Coordinate health screenings, workshops, and events to promote healthy lifestyles
- Provide individualized health coaching and support to students and staff members
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of health and well-being
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellness initiatives
- Stay current on health and wellness trends and best practices
- Manage the health and wellness budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in health and wellness management
- Strong knowledge of health promotion principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful health and wellness programs
- Experience working in an educational setting is preferred
- Certification in health coaching or related field is a plus
