#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Health and Wellness Manager to join our team in the telecommunications sector. This role is pivotal in promoting a culture of health and well-being among our employees and will involve designing, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs that align with the corporate objectives. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with various departments to foster a healthy workplace environment that enhances employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive health and wellness programs tailored to the diverse needs of employees. This includes physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and work-life balance initiatives.

- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to engage employees in wellness programs through workshops, seminars, and wellness challenges. Promote participation and gather feedback to continuously improve offerings.

- Health Assessments: Conduct health risk assessments and surveys to identify employee health needs. Analyze data to inform program development and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to integrate wellness practices into the company culture. Collaborate with external health professionals, fitness trainers, and nutritionists to deliver high-quality services.

- Training and Education: Provide training and resources to employees and management on health and wellness topics, including stress management, nutrition, and physical fitness.

- Policy Development: Develop and implement health and safety policies that comply with local regulations and promote a culture of wellness. Ensure that all programs are aligned with company policies and strategic goals.

- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for health and wellness initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective program delivery.

- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of health and wellness initiatives, presenting findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.

- Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing health-related crises, including mental health emergencies and workplace injuries.

#### Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Nutrition, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellness program management, preferably within a corporate or telecommunications setting.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in health and wellness, such as Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP), are desirable.

- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and report on program effectiveness.
- Knowledge of local health regulations and best practices in workplace wellness.

- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

#### Work Environment:

This position will be based in our Dubai office and may require occasional travel for workshops, training sessions, and conferences. The Health and Wellness Manager will work in a collaborative environment with a diverse team committed to enhancing employee well-being.
