Location: Dubai, UAE (Construction Industry)

The Health Unit Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all health and safety aspects within the construction site. This role will involve working closely with site managers, contractors, and workers to ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed and that any potential risks are identified and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Coordinate and conduct health and safety training for all site personnel
- Maintain accurate records of all health and safety incidents, near misses, and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers to develop emergency response plans and procedures
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
- Investigate and report on any health and safety incidents that occur on site
- Communicate regularly with site managers and contractors to address any health and safety concerns

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in Health and Safety Management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
