We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Unit Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The Health Unit Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the health services department within a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update health records for employees, including medical history, vaccinations, and insurance information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate medical tests for employees as needed
- Assist in organizing health and wellness programs for employees, such as flu shots or health screenings
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure proper care and coverage for employees
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed
- Assist with emergency response procedures and coordinate with local hospitals or medical facilities as necessary
- Provide administrative support to the health services department, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and scheduling meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
