We are seeking a Health Unit Coordinator with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. The Health Unit Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administrative and technological aspects of our healthcare unit, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication between healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage health information systems, including electronic health records and other digital health technologies
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and consultations for patients using electronic scheduling systems
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective care coordination
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems used in healthcare delivery
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of healthcare IT systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and interactions
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis to improve healthcare outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in healthcare administration or information technology
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other healthcare IT tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Certification in Health Unit Coordination or Healthcare IT is a plus
