We are currently seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to join our team in the retail healthcare sector in Dubai. The Health Unit Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the healthcare unit, ensuring efficient communication and coordination among healthcare team members, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with healthcare team members, patients, and visitors
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the healthcare unit
- Assist with patient billing and insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient education and support programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail healthcare setting
- Certification as a Health Unit Coordinator
