We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring that all staff members are providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective healthcare services
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and organizations to improve patient outcomes and promote community health initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management, implementing changes as needed to improve service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
