We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all transportation and logistics operations within the healthcare sector, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize transportation and logistics processes within the healthcare sector
- Manage and coordinate the movement of medical supplies, equipment, and personnel to ensure timely delivery to healthcare facilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment
- Lead and mentor a team of transportation and logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes within the healthcare sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
