Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our healthcare financial services operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and financial management, along with strong leadership abilities. This role requires strategic oversight of operational processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving efficiency in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations within the healthcare services division, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement necessary changes.

2. Financial Oversight:
- Collaborate with financial teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to healthcare operations.
- Ensure accurate billing and collections processes, minimizing revenue leakage and optimizing cash flow.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within healthcare services.

3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all operations comply with local healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance patient safety and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in healthcare operations and financial management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, promoting collaboration and communication to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational initiatives with organizational objectives.

6. Project Management:
- Lead and manage healthcare-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and finances.
- Utilize project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and financial management practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and financial analysis tools.
