We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our properties to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort for our tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Installing new HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Performing routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC systems
- Repairing or replacing faulty components in HVAC systems
- Collaborating with property management team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Familiarity with HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, as well as ventilation and air quality control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license
