We are seeking a dynamic and experienced High School Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The High School Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to high school students to support their academic, personal, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, personal, and career-related issues
- Assist students in developing academic and career goals, as well as creating a plan to achieve them
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests to guide their academic and career planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' overall well-being and success
- Organize and facilitate workshops and presentations on topics such as study skills, college applications, and career exploration
- Stay current on trends and best practices in counseling and education to provide students with the most relevant and effective support
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation of counseling sessions

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Professional counseling certification or licensure

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
- Knowledge of college admissions processes and career exploration resources
- Familiarity with Dubai's education system and college options
