We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Highway Maintenance Worker to join our team in Ajman. As a Highway Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing highways, roads, and bridges in order to ensure the safety and efficiency of transportation in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting highways, roads, and bridges for damage, defects, or hazards
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as patching potholes, repairing guardrails, and clearing debris
- Operating heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, and snow plows to clear roads and maintain infrastructure
- Assisting in the construction and repair of highways, roads, and bridges as needed
- Responding to emergency situations such as accidents, severe weather, or natural disasters to ensure the safety of travelers
- Following safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in highway maintenance or a related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
