We are seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Worker with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing highway infrastructure, as well as knowledge of IT systems to assist in monitoring and managing the maintenance process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of highways to identify and address maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance on highways, including patching potholes, repairing guardrails, and clearing debris
- Use IT systems to track maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and work orders
- Collaborate with IT team to implement technology solutions for highway maintenance
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in highway maintenance, such as trucks, plows, and mowers
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with other departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in highway maintenance
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license
