We are seeking a skilled and experienced Histotechnologist to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Histotechnologist will be responsible for processing and preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination by pathologists, utilizing various techniques and equipment to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting tissue samples from surgical procedures, autopsies, and other sources
- Processing tissue samples through various techniques, including fixation, embedding, sectioning, staining, and mounting
- Operating and maintaining histology equipment, such as microtomes, tissue processors, and staining machines
- Performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of results
- Maintaining accurate records of sample processing and results
- Collaborating with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnosis
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Keeping abreast of new techniques and technologies in the field of histotechnology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Histotechnology, or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification as a Histotechnologist
- [Random number of years] years of experience working in a histology laboratory
- Strong knowledge of histology techniques and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
