We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Home Care Aide in the construction industry, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to construction workers in their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and overall health.
Responsibilities:
- Assist construction workers with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning of common areas
- Provide companionship and emotional support to construction workers
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for construction workers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Care Aide or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to assist with lifting and transferring construction workers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Home Health Aide or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
