We are seeking a Home Care Aide to provide support and assistance to individuals in the agriculture industry in Dubai. The Home Care Aide will work directly with farmers and agricultural workers to ensure they receive the necessary care and support to maintain their health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing for individuals in the agriculture industry
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support individuals with mobility issues and help them move around safely
- Monitor and record vital signs and health status
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Care Aide or similar role
- Knowledge of basic caregiving tasks and techniques
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility
- Valid certification in CPR and first aid is preferred
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
