We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Sharjah. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities to individuals in their homes, particularly in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move clients as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
