We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and assistance to individuals in their homes, delivering personalized support to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes
- Assist with mobility and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or physician
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients based on their dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Keep accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client's condition to healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
