We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The Home Health Nurse Assistant will be responsible for providing essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status of patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with light household chores and meal preparation
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and medication management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Assistant or similar role in a home health setting
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
