Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturalist to join our team in Dubai within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and a strong background in horticulture. The Horticulturalist will be responsible for managing the plant life within our pharmaceutical facility, ensuring that all plants are healthy and thriving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing plant care programs
- Monitoring and maintaining plant health
- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of plants within the facility
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure plant health aligns with pharmaceutical production standards
- Researching and implementing new horticultural techniques to improve plant health and productivity
- Training and supervising junior horticultural staff
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in horticulture, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and horticultural practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
