We are seeking a skilled and experienced Horticulturist to join our team in Sharjah. As a Horticulturist in our retail operation, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of a wide variety of plants and flowers to ensure they are healthy and thriving for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting and sourcing high-quality plants and flowers for retail sale
- Monitoring and maintaining the health of plants through watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control
- Designing and creating attractive displays to showcase plants and flowers in retail settings
- Providing expert advice to customers on plant care, maintenance, and selection
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in horticulture
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in horticulture, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for plants and horticulture
