We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the facility
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage reservations and bookings for tours and events
- Assist with organizing and setting up for events and functions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hospitality area
- Handle guest complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide support to other team members as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
