Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience to our clients and partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, clients, and partners with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information about services, facilities, and events.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the hospitality team with administrative tasks, including managing reservations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences. This includes liaising with vendors, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring the venue is set up appropriately.
- Facility Management: Ensure that all hospitality areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any issues to the management.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication. Prepare and distribute internal communications as needed.
- Feedback Management: Gather feedback from guests and clients regarding their experience and report any concerns to the management to enhance the quality of service.
- Cultural Awareness: Embrace and promote a diverse and inclusive environment that respects the multicultural nature of Dubai.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reservation and event management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality field.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
