Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Concierge to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, as well as exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with their transportation needs, including booking taxis, arranging airport transfers, and providing information on local transportation options
- Coordinate logistics for guest arrivals and departures, including coordinating luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise
- Work closely with other hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep accurate records of guest transportation preferences and special requests
- Stay up-to-date on local transportation regulations and trends to provide guests with the most current information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
