We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Concierge to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Aerospace and Defense. The Hotel Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with travel arrangements, coordinating special requests, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing personalized service and assistance throughout their stay
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, arranging transportation, and making dining reservations
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area information
- Coordinate special requests, such as arranging in-room amenities, floral arrangements, or event tickets
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the concierge desk and lobby area

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a luxury hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Dubai's local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic, is a plus
- Previous experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred but not required
