Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Concierge to join our luxury hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. As a Hotel Concierge, you will play a vital role in offering personalized assistance, resolving guest inquiries, and promoting the hotel’s facilities and services, all while adhering to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm welcome and farewell. Assist with luggage, check-in, and check-out procedures while offering personalized services.

- Information Provider: Act as the primary source of information regarding the hotel, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and entertainment. Provide detailed recommendations based on guest preferences.

- Reservations Management: Assist guests with making reservations for restaurants, excursions, and events. Coordinate with various service providers to ensure bookings and services meet guest expectations.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Use excellent judgment to find solutions that ensure guest satisfaction.

- Event Coordination: Collaborate with guests to plan special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate events. Ensure all arrangements are in place for a seamless experience.

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, tourism operators, and service providers to offer guests exclusive experiences and deals.

- Hotel Services Promotion: Actively promote hotel amenities and services such as spa treatments, fitness classes, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.

- Daily Operations: Maintain an organized concierge desk, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Monitor and manage a variety of guest requests and inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel concierge or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, cultural offerings, dining, and entertainment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
