We are seeking a skilled and experienced House Painter to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and finishing residential properties to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching holes, and cleaning
- Select and mix paint colors to match original colors of buildings
- Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Ensure all painting work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a House Painter in a Real Estate setting
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in painting or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in house painting
