We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Import/Export Analyst to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agriculture industry and a strong understanding of import/export regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential import/export opportunities in the agriculture sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders involved in the import/export process
- Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs requirements
- Negotiate contracts and terms of trade with international partners
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize profitability and minimize risks
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to import/export transactions
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on import/export activities and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
