We are seeking an experienced Industrial Manager to oversee operations within our agricultural facility in Al Ain. The Industrial Manager will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of materials to support production needs
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure continuity of supply

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business, or related field
