We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The Industrial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within our consumer goods manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and train a team of production staff
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for the production department
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of production
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving production processes and increasing efficiency
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
