Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to optimizing production efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.

3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve product quality and reduce defects.

4. Safety and Compliance:
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing regulations and standards.

5. Budget and Cost Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the annual manufacturing budget.
- Monitor operating costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Analyze financial reports and production data to inform strategic decision-making.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, engineering, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
- Report to senior management on production status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and external partners to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing diverse groups of employees.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
