Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing industrial projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s strategic objectives and meet quality standards. The Industrial Manager will play a crucial role in project planning, execution, and management, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of industrial real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential industrial real estate opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management on status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities to facilitate project success.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in overseeing large-scale industrial projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, real estate development, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory environment in Al Ain.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
