We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Manager to oversee our construction operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure high quality workmanship
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to create a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize production processes
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may impact production

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
