We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Systems Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement industrial systems and processes to optimize manufacturing operations
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and automation systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed system improvements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety and quality control
- Develop and maintain documentation for industrial systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems, automation, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
