We are seeking a talented Industrial Systems Engineer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Industrial Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement industrial control systems to automate manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain process control systems to ensure product quality and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial systems and equipment
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Provide technical support and training to production staff
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
