We are seeking a talented and experienced Information Systems Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for information systems
- Design and develop solutions to improve business processes and enhance efficiency
- Implement and configure software applications and systems
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning properly
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Monitor system performance and security, and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information systems analysis
- Proficiency in software development, database management, and system integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
