We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to support the organization's operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their information system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop custom IT solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the transportation and logistics department
- Implement and maintain databases, software applications, and other IT systems to support day-to-day operations
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide ongoing support and training to staff on how to effectively use information systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in information systems analysis and design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
