We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with a focus on financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of information systems within the organization
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators and network engineers
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the financial services industry
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information systems
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems management
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
