We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing sales
- Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Maintain a database of leads and track sales progress
- Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or customer service (2-5 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
