We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the Aerospace and Defense industry, helping to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM system
- Prepare and send out sales proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
