Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an understanding of the healthcare industry, combined with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing and processing sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Lead Generation: Help identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Support the team in executing targeted marketing campaigns to generate interest in our healthcare products and services.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services to confidently provide information and recommendations to customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports and performance metrics. Provide insights to the sales team to help improve strategies and achieve sales targets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure a seamless sales process and optimal customer experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to the sales process, including preparing sales presentations, managing databases, and organizing sales materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
