Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inspection Operations Manager to oversee our inspection operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, quality assurance, and team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching our customers. The Inspection Operations Manager will lead a team of inspectors, develop inspection protocols, and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inspection processes and quality control protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of inspection staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of inspection operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and supply chain teams to understand product specifications and quality expectations.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that their products meet the required quality benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to inspection procedures, results, and corrective actions.
- Address and resolve any quality-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance and inspection in the retail sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection, quality assurance, or operations management within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and software for quality management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
