Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Direct and manage the inspection team, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and inspection processes for IT products and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management.
- Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and analyze inspection operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of inspection practices with overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on inspection activities, quality metrics, and performance outcomes to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decisions and enhance inspection processes.
- Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for inspection staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Mentor team members and promote professional development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection, quality assurance, or operations management within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT products, software development processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with inspection tools, techniques, and technologies.
- Leadership Skills:
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills:
