Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Operations Program Manager to lead our inspection operations within the construction sector in Dubai. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality assurance and compliance of construction projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Develop and implement inspection programs across multiple construction projects.
- Establish benchmarks for inspection processes and ensure adherence to quality control measures.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align inspection schedules with project timelines.

2. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Identify potential quality issues and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and resolutions, providing detailed reports to senior management.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of inspectors, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the inspection team.

4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies to ensure all inspection requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inspection-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed of local, national, and international construction regulations and standards.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

6. Reporting and Analytics:
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management highlighting inspection outcomes, areas of concern, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection operations within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
