We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Instructional Assistant to join our team in the field of Transportation and Logistics in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a background in the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of instructional materials and programs related to transportation and logistics
- Provide support to instructors in delivering lessons and training sessions
- Help students with understanding course material and completing assignments
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructors
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of training materials and resources
- Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to create a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Education, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
