We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructional Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and education, and will assist in the delivery of instructional programs to students in a hands-on and engaging manner.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of instructional activities related to agriculture, including field trips, experiments, and projects.
- Provide support to students in understanding and applying agricultural concepts and techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for instructional activities.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other instructional staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom or outdoor learning space.
- Assist with the maintenance of agricultural equipment and facilities.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in agricultural education.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, or related field.
- Previous experience working in agriculture or education, with at least 2-8 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of instructional techniques and strategies for engaging students in agriculture.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
